of the former Central Vermont Railroad, now New England

to multi-acred. The properties are located in New
London, Montville, Yantic, S. Windham, Willimantic, Coventry
and Stafford Springs. Please note: If you know
of railroad owned property that can be considered excess

 Ken Bondi has been a student of commercial real estate for
over forty years. In addition to required course work needed
for licensure, Ken has taken advanced courses in appraisal
and financial analysis for commercial investment real estate
with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institure. Prior
to his formal commitment to commercial real estate, Ken completed
a 20 year naval career as a scientist and a 6 year ownership
of a specialized franchised construction company.
